These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Citahost Ltd (“Citahost”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales. By purchasing a service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
We provide shared hosting, managed WordPress hosting, VPS hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration, email hosting, SSL certificates, and related services. Specific service descriptions and limits are listed on the product pages and at checkout.
3. Account & billing
You must provide accurate information at sign-up. Services are billed annually in advance in GBP through a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Renewal reminders are sent at least 14 days before renewal; we do not auto-renew without notice.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of our services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Material violations may result in suspension without refund.
5. Refunds
Hosting services include a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for full terms. Domain registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable because the cost is incurred at the registry/CA at the moment of purchase.
6. Service levels
We target 99.99% uptime measured against external monitoring. We do not currently offer a formal SLA with credits, but if you experience repeated outages, contact support@citahost.com and we will issue good-faith credits.
7. Data & privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are a UK data controller and comply with UK GDPR.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, goodwill, or data not within our reasonable control.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England & Wales.
