Resource use
Shared hosting plans are designed for typical web workloads. We may contact you if a single account consistently exceeds 25% of a shared server’s CPU or I/O. In nearly every case we’ll suggest a cheaper, better-fitting plan rather than suspend you.
Reporting abuse
To report content or activity violating this policy, email abuse@citahost.com. Include URLs and any supporting evidence. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, temporary suspension, or termination without refund depending on severity. We err toward conversation before suspension where the violation appears unintentional.
