Every hosting plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This page sets out what is covered, what is not, and how to claim a refund.

If you’re unhappy with your hosting plan within 30 days of purchase, email support@citahost.com and we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method within one business day. No friction, no exit interview.
What is refundable
- Shared hosting plans — 30 days
- Managed WordPress plans — 30 days
- VPS plans — 30 days
- Reseller plans — 30 days
- Email hosting — 30 days
- Website builder — 30 days
What is non-refundable
- Domain registrations. We pay the registry the moment you check out, and that fee is non-recoverable. You keep the domain and may transfer it elsewhere after the standard 60-day ICANN lock.
- SSL certificates. Certificates are issued by an external Certificate Authority on payment and cannot be returned.
- Charges beyond the 30-day window. After day 30, your plan runs to its renewal date; you may cancel renewal at any time.
How to request a refund
- Email support@citahost.com from the address on your account.
- Include the order ID from your confirmation email.
- We confirm and issue the refund within one UK business day.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve almost every refund request in under 24 hours. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension while the bank investigates.
